Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\.patients with pain involving masticatory muscles persisting per more than one month
  • •2\.two or more muscles of mastication tender to palpation

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\.patients with acute dental pain
  • •2\.TMJ arthritis/ interal derangement
  • •3\.atypical facial pain/ atypical odontolgia
  • •4\.neuropathies
  • •5\.paim attributable to recent trauma
  • •6\.migraine and other vascular headaches
  • •7\.sinusitis patients
  • •8\.patients with pain of of auditory origin
  • •9\.patients with artificial pacemakers
