a) Mandibular molar teeth that were diagnosed with vital symptomatic irreversible pulpitis due to caries where the pulps were exposed during excavation, deep restorations approaching or involving pulp, no spontaneous pre-treatment pain.
b) Patients not having any medication for at least 6 hours before the treatment visit.
c) The â??faint, weak or mildâ?? pre-operative pain corresponding to <=54 mm on HP-VAS will be taken.
d) Teeth with mature apices.
e) Healthy patients above 18 years of age.
a) Teeth with periapical radiolucency.
b) Teeth with calcified canals.
c) Pregnant or lactating patients.
d) Patients with history of allergy to any of the components of local anesthetic solutions.
e) Teeth with internal root resorption.
