Inclusion Criteria
Patients undergoing high risk gastroenterology surgery with one of the following criteria
a.ASA 2 or above
b.Patients with a history of IHD, Ejection fraction less than 30 percent, Heart Failure
c.Expected blood loss more than 500 ml
Age above 18 years
Need for insertion of arterial catheter for management
Exclusion Criteria
Pregnancy
Transplant surgery
Lack of consent
