Inclusion Criteria
Term neonates undergoing emergency abdominal surgeries
Exclusion Criteria
CDH, TEF, Neonates with congenital heart disease, hemodynamically unstable neonates on inotropes, neonates with heart failure or respiratory disorders, creatinine clearance less than 90ml/min
