1.Patient age between 16-25 years.
2.Patients willing to participate in this in vivo study.
3.Completely erupted first or second mature premolar teeth intended for orthodontic extraction.
1.Extraction scheduled only for one arch.
2.Patients with poor oral hygiene.
3.Impacted and partially erupted premolars with open apex.
4.Tooth with cervical defects.
5.Patient with bruxism, attrition.
6.Medically compromised patients
7.Diabetic patient.
8.Cardiac disease-myocardial infarction, angina pectoris, cardiac decompensation.
9.Patient on steroid therapy.
10.Pregnancy.
11.Patient on anti-coagulant therapy.
12.Toxic goiter.
13.Jaundice.
14.Nephritis.
15.Recently irradiated patients
