- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method To compare midpoint of transverse process to pleura (MTP) vs serratus anterior plane (SAP) block in patients undergoing surgery for gynecomastia by assessing the time for first analgesic demand.Timepoint: Patients time for first analgesic demand will be noted at 0 minutes, 30 minutes, 1, 2, 6, 24 hours post-operatively.
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method To note duration of postoperative analgesia requirement using VAS and dVAS in both groups (group S and M) up to 24 hours after surgery.

To assess the Block performance time in both groups.

To note the amount and type of rescue analgesia required.

To note the complications if any.Timepoint: The duration of postoperative analgesia using VAS and dVAS at 0 minutes, 30 minutes, 1, 2, 6, 24 hours post operatively.
