1. Aged 20 to 40 years.
2. Mechanical low back pain with SI joint involvement.
3. Pain and spasm in sacroiliac joint.
4. Presence of Local Tenderness in SI joint region.
5. Patient pointing finger at PSIS for pain.
6. Presence of pain exacerbated as a result of bending laterally.
7. SI joint provocation test positive (at least three) (i.e., the Gaenslen, compression, FABER, thigh thrust, and sacral distraction tests) and One of the two motion palpation tests must be positive (i.e., Gillet and forward flexion tests).
1. Pregnancy.
2. Receiving physical therapy and NSAIDs over the course of 72 hours prior to the study period.
3. Surgical case of low back within 6 months.
4. Pain in low back without SI joint involvement
5. Tumours in the pelvis or spine
6. SIJ infections and sacroiliitis.
7. Any spinal fracture case.
8. Diagnosed lumbar discopathy and spinal stenosis.
9. SI joint Arthropathy.

Name Time Method pain and disability will be assessed by using numerical pain rating scale and oswestry disability index.Timepoint: pain and disability will be assessed before the intervention started and after the intervention completion after 4 weeks
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method numerical pain rating scale for pain and oswestry disability index for disability.Timepoint: pre and post readings will be compared after (4 weeks) the completion of intervention
