课题小组正在研发正颌外科手术人工智能的项目,已经研发出 AI 制作手术合板的程序。我们将验证 AI 合板与常规数字化合板的区别。纳入实验对象为骨性错颌畸形患者。

Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • (1)患者诊断为骨性错牙合畸形;
  • (2)手术术式为双侧下颌升支矢状劈开术(bilateral sagittal split ramus osteotomy,BSSRO)及上颌骨 Lefort-I 型骨切开术;
  • (3)年龄 18-35 岁;
  • (4)患者签署知情同意书。

Exclusion Criteria

  • (1)伴有全身系统性疾病;
  • (2)唇腭裂或者颜面部外伤所继发的颌骨畸形;
