Inclusion Criteria
Age above 18 years old
Stress induced hyperglycemia (Blood sugar above 140) in the first 24 hours of admission in intensive care unit
Exclusion Criteria
Diabetes
HbA1C>7.5
Receiving glucocorticoids
Pregnant women
Allergy to Melatonin or its analogs
