Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Age twenty to fifty years old
- •Male Mathadi worker
- •Mathadi workers who carry weight on their head
- •Mathadi workers who carry weight on their back
- •Mathadi workers who carry weight on their shoulder
- •Workers with a minimum of one year of work experience
- •Selected workers from the vegetable market fruit market and grocery market all Mathadi workers
- •participants who are willing to give consent
Exclusion Criteria
- •Acute back pain and acute knee injury
- •Recent fracture within six months
- •Clinically diagnosed with a severe musculoskeletal disorder such as Patient with rheumatic disease
- •spinal canal stenosis
- •systemic disease
- •ankylosing spondylitis
- •People with uncontrolled hypertension
- •Uncontrolled Diabetes
- •Participants unable to comprehend questions
- •Age group more the fifty years
