Male Mathadi worker
Mathadi workers who carry weight on their head
Mathadi workers who carry weight on their back
Mathadi workers who carry weight on their shoulder
Workers with a minimum of one year of work experience
Selected workers from the vegetable market fruit market and grocery market all Mathadi workers

Acute back pain and acute knee injury
Recent fracture within six months
Clinically diagnosed with a severe musculoskeletal disorder such as Patient with rheumatic disease
spinal canal stenosis
systemic disease
ankylosing spondylitis
People with uncontrolled hypertension
Uncontrolled Diabetes
