- •a. patients with severe complication of IBS
- •b. serious health issue e.g-CA, diabetes mellitus,hypertention,stroke, HIV
- •C. Subject with impaired renal function,impaired cardiac function,impaired hepatic function
- •d. sign of systemic infection
- •e. pregnant womens and lactating mothers
