•The following participants will be included in the study:
•1. Participants of any sex in the age group of 18-65 years
•2. Presence of single/multiple ulcer in the oral cavity or tongue
•3. Presence of any of the following symptoms: Difficulty in eating/chewing/speaking/swallowing, burning sensation, pain in oral cavity, coated tongue, excessive salivation.
•4. Participants who are willing to sign consent form and ready for follow- up

•The following participants will be excluded:
•1. Pregnant and lactating mothers.
•2. Those have history of systematic underlying disease (Crohn’s disease, Ulcerative Colitis, Behcet’s syndrome, Sweet’s Syndrome, Lupus
•erythematosus) and metabolic disease (Diabetes mellitus, hypertension and AIDS).
•3. Those diagnosed with any other disease of Oral cavity such as Carcinoma
•4. Participants of renal, hepatic and severe cardiac disease
•5. Participants unsure about attending treatment schedule regularly
•6. Those are not signing on consent form.
