Inclusion Criteria
a)Biopsy proven oropharyngeal, hypopharyngeal and oral cavity cancers
b)Stage III - IV disease treated with radical intent
c)Karnofsky performance scale > 70
d)Patients giving written consent to be part of study
Exclusion Criteria
a)Metastatic disease
b)Post operative cases
c)Patients with pre existing swallowing disorders or neurological disorders interfering with swallowing.
d)Previously treated patients
