Inclusion Criteria
- •Individuals with age group of 18 to 50 years
- •Peak Expiratory Flow Rate ranging from 200L/min \- 450L/min
Exclusion Criteria
- •Individuals with systemic illness and under regular medication.
- •Pregnant women
- •Those who practicing yoga and pranayama regularly
- •Chronic alcoholic and smokers
- •Subject having any other condition which directly or indirectly interferes the study
