入选标准
- •Patients fulfilling the criteria of Amercian society of Anaesthesiologists Physical Status I, II or III of either gender aged between 18 to 60yrs, undergoing elctive surgery
排除标准
- •1) Patients with anticipated difficult airway as per the following predictors: (i)Mouth opening <2 finger breadth (or <4cm).
- •(ii)Obesity with BMI >30kg/m2.
- •(iii)Neck circumference >40cm.
- •(iv)Thyromental distance <6cm. (v)Retrognathism and upper lip bite test class III.
- •2) Patients with cervical spine injury. 3) Pregnant patients.
- •4) Patients with any other obvious pathology around the mouth or neck.
