Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Lower section caesarean section women
- •Those who had been scheduled for a caesarean operation by her obstetrician
- •Spinal anaesthesia
Exclusion Criteria
- •Women with birth complication
- •Women with Gestational diabetes and hypertension
- •Wound or injury over the area of foot and hand
- •Unable to understand language
- •Women who do not allow to touch feet
- •Women with sensory affection
- •Women with lymphatic disease
