Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •Lower section caesarean section women
  • •Those who had been scheduled for a caesarean operation by her obstetrician
  • •Spinal anaesthesia

Exclusion Criteria

  • •Women with birth complication
  • •Women with Gestational diabetes and hypertension
  • •Wound or injury over the area of foot and hand
  • •Unable to understand language
  • •Women who do not allow to touch feet
  • •Women with sensory affection
  • •Women with lymphatic disease
