Inclusion Criteria
Both sex
Age: 20-50 years
ASA: grade I or II
Elective hand and forearm surgeries lasting < 90 min
Exclusion Criteria
Patients with Raynaud's disease
Sickle cell disease
History of allergy to the study drugs
