Cardiovascular features in patients with Adrenal Incidentalomas associated or not with Possible Autonomous Cortisol Secretion or with Autonomous Cortisol Secretion

入选标准
- •All patients diagnosed with adrenal incidentaloma and characteristics suggestive of benignity in CT and/or MRI of the abdomen (homogeneous image, density <10UH pre-contrast, absolute washout>60%). Patients who meet these criteria will be invited to participate in the study, involving surgical treatment (laparoscopic adrenalectomy) of their adrenal incidentalomas and/or medication of their comorbidities. Patients with bilateral lesions will undergo adrenalectomy of the larger lesion
排除标准
- •Patients with adrenal incidentaloma and diagnosis of pheochromocytoma, primary hyperaldosteronism, Cushing's syndrome overt, adrenal carcinoma or malignancies including extra adrenal metastases; high adrenocorticotropic hormone concentration; history of alcoholism; administration of drugs that may influence cortisol metabolism, dexamethasone or cortisol secretion; patients undergoing previous open abdominal surgery; chronic renal insufficiency or any contraindication for surgery.
