Patients with carcinoma breast with primary tumor size of 5cm or more, biopsy or FNAC proven axillary lymph node metastasis, AJCC TNM Stage III (anatomic staging), AJCC TNM Stage IV (anatomic staging), patients of any stage having symptoms or biochemical abnormality which could be attributable to metastasis, treated cases of carcinoma breast suspected of developing metastasis
Pregnant women, non consenting patients, Patient with history of allergy to iodinated contrast and those with deranged Kidney function test will undergo non contrast CT scan and will be evaluated only for the primary objective
