Inclusion Criteria
pulmonary rehabilitation coordinators / workers of pulmonary rehabilitation program across Australia. An email will be sent with the participant information sheet and a link to the survey to all pulmonary rehabilitation programs which are listed on the database of the Lung Foundation Australia. Lung Foundation Australia will be sending the email on behalf of the project.
