Inclusion Criteria
a) Patients aged between 18 to 60 years of age posted for elective perianal surgeries in Dr B R Ambedkar Medical College and Hospital, Bangalore
b)Both genders
c) ASA grade I and II patient
Exclusion Criteria
a) Patients who are not willing to give consent for spinal anaesthesia and
to participate in the study.
b) Patients who has H/o coagulation and bleeding disorders.
c) Local site infections.
d) H/o hypersensitivity to study drugs.

Name Time Method To study intrathecal Chloroprocaine (CP) with fentanyl for faster block resolution and earlier hospital discharge in perianal surgeries, without compromising the safety of the patients.Timepoint: 0 TO 5 HOURS
