A total of 40 patients (20 in each group) of either sex between 18-60 years of age belonging to ASA physical status I and II, about to undergo elective perianal surgeries under SAB of expected duration between 30-60 minutes will be recruited
1. Non-consenting for SAB.
2. Patient with contraindication to SAB like coagulation disorders, local site infection, raised intracranial tension, on anti-platelet therapy etc.
3. Patient with known hypersensitivity to any of the drugs used in the study.
4. Patient with height <150 cm or >180 cm.
