Inclusion Criteria
Patients undergoing elective short durational surgeries ( TURP, DJ Stenting, URSL, Perianal abscess, Gluteal abscess, LAS )
American Society of Anaesthesiologist I or II
Patient willing for regional anaesthesia and fear of general anaesthesia
Exclusion Criteria
Patient refusal for spinal anaesthesia
Coagulopathy or bleeding diathesis
Infection at the site of injection
Sepsis
Pre existing neurological deficit
Severe hypovolemia
Chronic renal disorder ( hypervolemia, acidosis, hypernatremia )
