Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •Age\> 18 years \<80 years
  • •\- 24\-hour RR mean (ABDM)\> 130/80 mmHg
  • •\- A written declaration of consent is available

Exclusion Criteria

  • •\- insufficient psychological resilience (psychiatric treatment)
  • •\- renal artery stenosis
  • •\- Pregnancy
  • •\- Pheochromocytoma
  • •\- malignant hypertension
  • •\- acute kidney failure
  • •\- terminal renal failure (creatinine clearance \<20 ml / min)
  • •\- cerebrovascular events
  • •\- hypertensive encephalopathy
  • •\- Heart attack in the past 6 months
