- •Age> 18 years <80 years
- •- 24-hour RR mean (ABDM)> 130/80 mmHg
- •- A written declaration of consent is available
排除标准
- •- insufficient psychological resilience (psychiatric treatment)
- •- renal artery stenosis
- •- Pregnancy
- •- Pheochromocytoma
- •- malignant hypertension
- •- acute kidney failure
- •- terminal renal failure (creatinine clearance <20 ml / min)
- •- cerebrovascular events
- •- hypertensive encephalopathy
- •- Heart attack in the past 6 months
- •- unstable AP
- •- untreated diabetes mellitus
- •- untreated hyper- or hypothyroidism
- •- clinically important hepatic, gastrointestinal, haematological, pulmonary or neurological disorders
- •- K + <3.5 mmol / l or> 5.5 mmol / l
- •- Transaminase increase
- •- Coagulation disorders
- •- Steroids in medication
- •- Alcohol or medication abuse
- •- Hypersensitivity or contraindications for the AT1 receptor blockers used
