Inclusion Criteria
singleton pregnant women whose delivery at GA more than 24 weeks until term and cervical length which was not less than 25 mm, measured by transvaginal ultrasound (TVS)
Exclusion Criteria
pregnant women who had fetal anomalies, uterine anomalies, intrauterine fetal death, indicated preterm birth, history of previous preterm birth, or who had received a preterm prevention protocol. The subjects who lost to follow up before delivery or had an incomplete medical record
