Investigators
Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Patients who are going to undergo laparoscopic radical gastrectomy;
- •2\. Aged 18 to 75 years;
- •3\. The type of anesthesia is general anesthesia, in line with the American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) I\-III classification criteria;
- •4\. The stage is stage I\-III;
- •5\. Locally advanced gastric cancer;
- •6\. Sign the informed consent form and voluntarily participate in this experiment.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Patients with severe heart, liver, kidney dysfunction or mental illness;
- •2\. Palliative surgery or emergency surgery;
- •3\. Patients who need joint resection of other organs;
- •4\. Patients with severe intraoperative complications (anastomotic leakage, gastrointestinal bleeding);
- •5\. History of abdominal surgery in the past;
- •6\. Unwilling to accept acupuncture treatment;
- •7\. Those who failed laparoscopic surgery and were converted to open surgery.
