Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •(1\) Aged 22\-40 years;
- •(2\) The lower uterine incision was used in the operation, and epidural anesthesia was used in the anesthesia;
- •(3\) Agree to receive treatment and sign informed consent.
Exclusion Criteria
- •(1\) Preoperative complications of gastrointestinal dysfunction, such as chronic constipation, colitis, intestinal tuberculosis, irritable bowel syndrome and so on;
- •(2\) Combined with serious heart, brain, lung, liver and kidney diseases;
- •(3\) The mode of anesthesia is general anesthesia;
- •(4\) Postoperative analgesia pump was used;
- •(5\) Intraoperative bleeding was larger than 500mL;
- •(6\) The operation time was larger than 1\.5h;
- •(7\) There were 2 or more cases in abdominal surgery, or severe adhesions were found during the operation;
- •(8\) The use of some other treatment leads to a failure to assess efficacy.
