Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • (1\) Aged 22\-40 years;
  • (2\) The lower uterine incision was used in the operation, and epidural anesthesia was used in the anesthesia;
  • (3\) Agree to receive treatment and sign informed consent.

Exclusion Criteria

  • (1\) Preoperative complications of gastrointestinal dysfunction, such as chronic constipation, colitis, intestinal tuberculosis, irritable bowel syndrome and so on;
  • (2\) Combined with serious heart, brain, lung, liver and kidney diseases;
  • (3\) The mode of anesthesia is general anesthesia;
  • (4\) Postoperative analgesia pump was used;
  • (5\) Intraoperative bleeding was larger than 500mL;
  • (6\) The operation time was larger than 1\.5h;
  • (7\) There were 2 or more cases in abdominal surgery, or severe adhesions were found during the operation;
  • (8\) The use of some other treatment leads to a failure to assess efficacy.
