•1. Females who have not given birth, aged 18 to 35 years, who have regular menstrual cycles in the past six months;
•2. Small or flat breasts refer to Modern Cosmetic Surgery edited by Liu Dalie and Zha Yuankun, the first edition of Peoples Military Medical Publishing House in 2007, and meet the following proposed standards based on specific conditions:
•(1)The height of the mammary shaft Less than 1/2 of the diameter of the basal surface of the standard breast;
•(2)Bust circumference÷height (cm)<= 0.49.
•3. Persons who have not adopted other breast enhancement methods in the 3 months before participating in this project, and have not undergone breast augmentation surgery;
•4. All those who seek beauty must satisfy that the breast size is basically unchanged for more than one year;
•5. Sign the informed consent and promise to basically maintain the previous living habits during the treatment period and not to do other breast enhancement treatment seekers.

•1.Patients with severe infectious skin diseases, severe primary medical diseases, missing ovaries or uterus without normal menstruation, and mental disorders;
•2.Patients with breast absent, mastitis, breast tumors, breast augmentation and other organic breast diseases;
•3.Pregnant and lactating women;
•4.Patients who take birth control pills or other drugs that cause menstrual disorders;
•5.Those who are afraid or skeptical of acupuncture treatment;
•6.Participate in other clinical trials within three months and researchers believe that other reasons are not suitable for participants.
