入选标准
- •Patients 18-65 years of age, either gender.
- •Patients with ASA I-II.
- •All the patients undergoing neurosurgical procedures including cranial and spine surgeries
- •under general anaesthesia.
排除标准
- •Non consenting Patients.
- •Emergency neuro surgical procedures for intracranial bleed or extradural, subdural bleed.
- •Neuro surgical procedures with final head position being in neutral position.
- •Patients with pre-existing pathological eye conditions like optic neuritis
- •Patients with history of ophthalmic surgery
- •History of ocular injury
- •History of ocular disease.Open globe injuries.
- •Patients undergoing cranioplasty surgeries.
- •Patients with cerebral space occupying lesion causing a midline shift of more than 5 mm
- •on CT head.
