Inclusion Criteria
Patient be candidate for CABG surgery
S/he had 18 years old at least
The patient is completely alert
Ability to communicate effectively with the researcher
Not having mental illness
Not having a job in health care
Not having drug addiction
Do not take anti-anxiety and sedating drugs
Exclusion Criteria
Unwillingness to work with a researcher
Failure to respond to questionnaires after discharge

Name Time Method Quality of Life. Timepoint: At the beginning of the study and 30 days after hospital discharge. Method of measurement: SF-36 Quality of Life Questionnaire.;Cardiac Self-efficacy. Timepoint: At the beginning of the study and 30 days after hospital discharge. Method of measurement: Cardiac Self-efficacy Questionnaire (Sullivan et al., 1998).
