- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Changes in hormone concentrations of testosterone, estradiol and cortisol; Method: collection of blood samples at 4 time points (fasted, before and after exercise, as well as 24 hours later).
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method 1. Changes in serum concentrations of markers of the tryptophan metabolism (tryptophan and kynurenin), Method: collection of blood samples at 4 time points (fasted, before and after exercise, as well as 24 hours later);
2. Neuromuscular fatigue, Method: explosive strength test (fasted, before and after exercise, as well as 24 hours later);
3. Blood lactate levels, Method: collection of capillary blood at 3 time points (rested, before and after exercise)
