Inclusion Criteria
Elective on-pump cardiac surgery in Maharaj Nakorn Chiangmai Hospital
Age more than 15 years old
Exclusion Criteria
1.Re-do operation
2.Emergency/Urgency case
3.Bleeding diathesis (hemophilia or platelet count < 100 x 109 /L)
4.Renal failure (creatinine level > 2.0 mg/dL)
5.à¹à¸žà¹‰à¸¢à¸² Tranexamic acid
