1. Age 18-75 years old.
2. Unresectable or recurrent cholangiocarcinoma diagnosis by pathology or radiographic.
3. Obstrucvtive jaundice (Total bilirubin > 3 mg/dl.)
4. Aviable for ERCP and Percutaneous procedure.
1.Massive ascites.
2.Uncorrectable coagulopathy.
3.Presence of main portal vein thrombosis.
4.Prior SEMS placement.
5.Child-Pugh Score C cirrhosis.
6.Pregnancy.
7.Performance status ECOG ≥ 3 (confined to bed / chair > 50% waking hours).
8.Presence of other malignancy.
9.Life expectancy < 3months.
10.Patients with cardiac pacemakers or other active implants.
11.Comorbidities : Congestive heart failure, COPD, Sepsis
12.Uncorrectable Thrombocytopenia (less than 100,000 /mm3), Uncorrectable Conagulopathy (INR > 1.5)
