Inclusion Criteria
Age = 65 years
- elective non-cardiac surgery with intermediate or high surgical risk
- Field: general, Visceral, thoracic, urologic, traumatic, orthopaedic, gynaecological, ENT, oral, jaw, face, spinal and neurosurgery
- surgery performed in general anaesthesia
Exclusion Criteria
- Age < 65 years

- emergency surgery
