Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Patients without exclusion criteria among adult (20 years old or older) patients admitted to intensive care units of four university hospitals during the study period.
- •\-Patients who have given written informed consent.
Exclusion Criteria
- •\- Patients with psychological diseases
- •\- Delirium patients within 24 hours after admission to the intensive care unit
- •\- Patients with RASS \-4 or \-5 during ICU stay
- •\- Patients transferred to general wards within 24 hours of admission to the intensive care unit
- •\- Comatose patients due to cerebral infarction or cerebral hemorrhage
- •\- Patients unable to communicate due to vision or hearing loss
