Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Patients without exclusion criteria among adult (18 years old or older) patients admitted to medicine intensive care units of five university hospitals during the study period.
- •\-Patients who have given written informed consent.
Exclusion Criteria
- •\- Patients with psychological diseases
- •\- Patients who have not given written informed consent.
- •\- Patients with RASS \-4 or \-5 during ICU stay
- •\- Patients transferred to general wards within 24 hours of admission to the intensive care unit
- •\- Comatose patients due to cerebral infarction or cerebral hemorrhage
