Inclusion Criteria
micro and macro albuminuria(proteinuria more than 30 mg/24h; HbA1C<9%; BP<140/90 and age>18 years old.
Exclusion criteria: patients without using 80 percent of hibiscus subdariffa supplements; patients who changed the type or the doses of their drugs and patients who changed their diet.
