Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Patientsâ?? \>\= 30 years of both gender diagnosed with type 2 Diabetes mellitus at least since two years, willing to participate and attending the medicine department OPD or admitted in Medicine wards at tertiary care referral hospital.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Patients of type 2 Diabetes mellitus having severe co\-morbidities like stroke and chronic renal diseases, at time of recruitment into the study.
- •Patients who have come to the hospital due to other illness and have been referred to the medicine OPD only for a consultation.
- •Pregnant females.
