Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Patients with type 2 diabetes with intact tympanic membrane .
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.Patients with history of middle ear diseases or surgeries.
- •2\.Patients with conductive hearing loss.
- •3\.Patients with occupational noise exposure and family history of deafness.
- •4\.Patients with hypertension, thyroid disorders, cardiac diseases, renal failure, radiotherapy and autoimmune disease.
- •5\.Patients on any ototoxic medications.
