Primary Outcome Measures
NameTimeMethod
The use of oral rocartrol before surgery to reduce hypocalcemic symptoms and reduce the need for hospitalization in primary hyperparathyroidism patients. Timepoint: PTH measurement during surgery and before incision and 10 minutes after adenoma removal - serum calcium measurement every 6 hours after surgery. Method of measurement: Demographic information is obtained by interviewing the patient. From the results of the laboratory, data related to the measurement of calcium, PTH, Vit D, Alk.p, through ultrasound or scanning of the adenoma site and through clinical examination of hypocalcemic symptoms are extracted.
