Patients receiving the submucosal dissection for the treatment of gastric adenoma or early gastric cancer under conscious sedation
1) who have hypersensitivity to this drug
2) The argument of this drug contraindications
(Glaucoma, obstructive urinary diseases, gastrointestinal obstructive disorders, paralytic ileus,
unstable cardiovascular status in acute hemorrhage,
severe ulcerative colitis,myasthenia, megacolon of complication of ulcerative colitis)
3) Acute • Chronic hepatitis, acute • chronic renal failure, coronary artery disease, congestive heart failure, arrhythmia, asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and other disorders in patients with severe systemic
