Inclusion Criteria
1. Patients with informed consent
2. Patients scheduled for lung resection under one lung ventilation after general anesthesia
Exclusion Criteria
1.American anesthesiologist society physical status classification > III
2.Patients with symptom or severe obstructive or restrictive lung disease
3.Patients with preoperative oxygen therapy
4.Patients undergoing preoperative intubation or mechanical ventilation
5.Patients with preoperative arterial oxygen tension < 70 mmHg
6.Patients with symptoms of coronary arterial disease or peripheral vascular disease
7.Patients with renal failure
8.Patients with preoperative inotropics or vasopressors
9.Patients with pregnancy
