Name Time Method from the start of immunosuppression to the time of data collection in the dermato-oncological special consultation for chronically immunosuppressed patients:<br>- cumulative incidence of skin tumors according to medical history and clinical / histological findings<br>- Sun protection behavior according to patient self-declaration<br>- Incidence of non-neoplastic skin diseases according to medical history and clinical/ histopathological findings<br>- Psycho-oncological stress according to the Hornheide questionnaire at the time of consultation at the dermato-oncological special consultation for chronically immunosuppressed patients

Name Time Method differences regarding sun protection behavior, smoking behavior, education<br>about sun protection measures, frequency of use of the special consultation hours, frequency and type of therapy required (operative/conservative), reason for the first visit: curative/preventive, trust in the doctor according to KPF, desire for psycho-oncological support
