Subjects will be selected as per the inclusion and exclusion criteria. Subjects will be divided into two groups: the experimental group will be given a contrast training program for two nonconsecutive days a week for 4 weeks, and the control group will be doing their usual training. Pre-data, immediate data, and post-data will be taken, and data analysis will be done.

Both males and females Prior badminton experience of more than 1 years Can perform bodyweight squats with good posture, proper knee alignment and limited forward leaning of trunk Not having contrast training in regular practice Basic Proficiency in English language.
Subjects with pain and inflammation Subjects with joint instability Subjects with joint pathologies Subjects with musculoskeletal injuries Subjects with immediate post-operative status.
