Inclusion Criteria
1. Patients aged between 18-50 years
2. Patients with impacted mandibular third molars having a Pederson difficulty index of 5
requiring removal of the same
3. Patients classified as American Society of Anaesthesiologist (ASA) Physical Status 1
4. Patients who understand and are willing to follow all study procedures

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method As the principal investigator, I will be studying Lignocaine with 1;200,000 VS LA + Dexamethasone vs LA + Ketamine as a perineural block post surgical removal of impacted mandibular third molar. Pain, swelling and trismus will be anticipated. Study of LA vs LA + Dexamethasone vs LA + Ketamine will be done to see the reduction in post operative complications.Timepoint: At day 1, day 2 and day 7

Name Time Method Post surgical pain, swlling and trismus will be assessed.Timepoint: Participant will be recalled after 3 months and SOS as well.
