Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\.Age group â?? 50 to 70 years
  • •2\.Patients of either gender irrespective of socioeconomic status, occupation, religion will be selected.
  • •3\.Immature cataract with mentioned symptoms or signs
  • •4\.Patients with classical features of Kacha
  • •5\.Visual acuity of 6/9 to PL \+14

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\.Senile mature ,hyper mature cataract and nuclear cataract.
  • •2\.Congenital, Developmental, Traumatic, Metabolic, Complicated cataract
  • •3\.Post\-surgical cataract.
  • •4\.Immature cataract associated with systemic diseases (except Controlled Diabetes, Controlled Hypertension).
  • •5\.Uncontrolled diabetes with HbA1C not more than 7% and uncontrolled hypertension.
  • •6\.Patients contraindicated for Anjana karma.
  • •7\.Patients on steroid medications.
