入排标准
入选标准
- •1.Age group â?? 50 to 70 years
- •2.Patients of either gender irrespective of socioeconomic status, occupation, religion will be selected.
- •3.Immature cataract with mentioned symptoms or signs
- •4.Patients with classical features of Kacha
- •5.Visual acuity of 6/9 to PL +14
排除标准
- •1.Senile mature ,hyper mature cataract and nuclear cataract.
- •2.Congenital, Developmental, Traumatic, Metabolic, Complicated cataract
- •3.Post-surgical cataract.
- •4.Immature cataract associated with systemic diseases (except Controlled Diabetes, Controlled Hypertension).
- •5.Uncontrolled diabetes with HbA1C not more than 7% and uncontrolled hypertension.
- •6.Patients contraindicated for Anjana karma.
- •7.Patients on steroid medications.
