participants who have pain onset within 4 weeks,unilateral shoulder pain more than 1 week, pain produced or increased during flexion and/ or abduction of the symptomatic side, least 4 of the following ; Neer impingement sign(+), Hawkins sign(+), Pain reproduced during supraspinatus empty can test,Painful arc of movement between 60~120,pain with palpation on the greater tuberosity of the humerus
Individuals who history of shoulder surgery, symptoms related to the cervical spine, frozen shoulder, disorders of the acromioclavicular joint, degenerative arthritis of the glenohumeral joint, shoulder instability, knee pain
