Inclusion Criteria

Patients older than 21 years Patients' willingness to participate in the study and written informed consent.
-Diagnosis of primary chronic open-angle glaucoma, pseudoexfoliation glaucoma, ocular hypertension requiring treatment or pigment dispersion glaucoma

Exclusion Criteria

Patients with poor general condition or poor compliance
-Patients diagnosed with various eye disorders affecting the macular area
-Patients with an acute angle-closure situation
-Intravenous or oral ingestion of acetazolamide and/or mannitol

Determination on the effect of the short-term effect of the eye drop application after 30 minutes and after 60 minutes on vessel density, area, circumference, circular shape of the foveal avascular zone using angio-OCT images
