Back pain for more than three months

Exclusion Criteria

Serious heart disease
Children and persons under the age of 18
Women with high possibility of menopause and use contraceptives
Men who decide to start a family
Oral ulcers
In case of sedatives, drug abuse, amitripthelins, sildenafil, barbiturates, cocaine, disulfiram
